Number of days of fasting will vary per individual and based on my judgement of safety and efficacy.
I recommend doing a personal health consultation with me prior to the retreat so you can prepare you body and mind optimally (the earier the better so that the changes can be gentle and sustainable).
Held on Big Island of Hawaii, at Hestia Retreat Center. Choose accommodations at either Paliuli Farm or Kealakekua Bay.
