I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and comes from a line of Ayurvedic and Western physicians. I have been passionate about alternative medicine and natural health since 2005. I worked as a Silicon Valley engineer for many years and understand first-hand the importance of being mindful about diet, lifestyle, environment, and stress for physical, emotional, and mental health. I have made mistakes in my health and have learned how to correct them.
